  Just had the most terrible customer service experience I've ever had at this UPS Store. The gentleman working the counter had an attitude before we even started. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. People like that should not be in a customer-facing role. I'll never do business with this store again. UPS, you need to move this guy out.
