  Absolutely horrible service. Was told they have a part, drove over an hour to get there and was then told they won't take it out of the car until next day. Even though I was told to come at 2 p.m. I would rather pay triple then give them one red Cent.
  
  In response to owners comments. First I am not anonymous so not sure why you are saying that. Second my post is written in good old fashioned English, which you need to read. And lastly I was told to come in and pick up a part and not once told to pay beforehand otherwise I’m sure if that is “policy” I wouldn’t have been let off the phone and told to come pick it up. Your place is an absolute joke, I just hope anyone reading this understands your new policy before they head to your junk junkyard.
