  I was falsely informed that I could be given assistance immediately.. I was told that someone could come pick me up in 30 to 40 mins.. I decided to find a ride to the nearest one to then learn they have no vehicles available and they would contact me in 3 to 4 hours and now be 5 hours I have still received no call.. I choose to speak to customer service and they didn’t help matters much.. so now I have to find another rental company so I can get on with my day.. kinda wish they told me truth all along so I didn’t waste a whole day.. I will not depend on enterprise for any more situations

  Very nice and easy. They didnt put all those extra charges either. The selection could be a little better tho
